I speak five languages and have built my career around communication: teaching Spanish, translating for international teams, creating content, writing my book ME PRE-OCUPO, and launching my podcast.

🇨🇦 In 2001, our work required for us to spend several months in Barquisimeto, Venezuela. The night we arrived we quickly realized French or English would be useless, with most of the population speaking only Spanish. To be more independent professionally and more integrated socially we set out to look for a Spanish teacher. Lina was recommended to us by a local school and we decided to have private lessons with her. Starting from the base she managed to bring us to a functional level in a really short period of time. Her lessons were lively and inspired by our daily experiences (or challenges). She was attentive to our needs and the fact she was fluent in several languages helped a lot to break the first barriers. Lina is a thoughtful teacher, and an amazing mentor. It made our stay in Venezuela a completely different experience.
